Raised in a family esteemed for its expertise in complex shell contracting, Kelly McKee quickly embraced the intricate world of building. Over the past nine years, she has refined her skills in custom home construction, blending legacy with innovation. As one of our Senior Project Managers, Kelly’s deep-rooted expertise ensures each project resonates with excellence, precision, and a touch of family legacy. Kelly’s project leadership is thoroughly appreciated from our Custom Home clients, and importantly from our sub contractors as well.

Greg Knight

Senior Project Manager

Greg Knight has been a Luxury Estate Residence Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Executive for the past four decades. Greg has accomplished numerous estate residences ranging from 20,000 square feet to 52,000 square feet, and has received countless awards and accolades for his projects. Greg is a father of two, grandfather of three and devoted husband.

John Ruskowski

Senior Construction Manager

John Ruskowski has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career rooted in shell construction before specializing in high-end residential properties. His largest project to date was an ultra-luxury estate home featuring a 90,000-square-foot main house and 100,000 square feet of secondary buildings on a 40-acre parcel.

Carino "Rino" Camaioni

Senior Superintendent

Born in Venezuela to Italian parents, Rino was immersed in the construction industry from an early age, thanks to his father’s clay brick factory. He began his career as a handyman, where he honed essential skills and developed a strong foundation in building practices. Rino then progressed to the role of superintendent, overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects ran smoothly and efficiently.

Today, as a construction manager specializing in multi-million dollar custom homes, Rino combines his extensive experience with a deep understanding of project management. He adeptly balances the interests of the company with the expectations of clients, ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Rino’s dedication and problem-solving ability truly set him apart in the industry.

Clayton Skiles

Assistant Superintendent

Clayton Skiles, began his construction history working on boats, in the custom fabrication and install field before finding himself in the metals and welding world and finally into the custom home industry. Custom homes is where Clayton felt his calling, and seeking out an apprenticeship at Caprio Custom Construction he has found a home and a career goal to become a master builder himself.
